This is a big day.. the first 960 BLACKFISH power catamaran rolling out of the fabrication shop and over to the paint bay. BLACKFISH boats are a new signature brand of Noah Thompson designs manufactured in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Each vessel is tailored to meet my clients' expectations in budget, performance, and fitout. The range of aluminium BLACKFISH boats start at 7.5m and work up to 18m in size. New models are now under designs and the workshop is gearing up for another hull on the jig. More to follow.....  BLACKFISH 10.9M Alloy Power Catamaran designed for adventure. Base model is fitted with Yanmar 4LV -250 inboards with ZT350 Sterndrives. Designed as a family explorer and fishing adventure boat. Layouts to suit your request. The BLACKFISH range of boats are manufactured in New Zealand only. Options: Larger engines or swap the sterndrives for shaft drives. Outboard powered versions available soon.
